We started working with them when we were a brand new small business with a small at-home server in the hands of the least IT capable woman on the planet. At no time during these early days did they ever make the business feel small or IT challenged and they spent many hours working with us both by telephone or at the premises in person, crunching through any issues that arose. As a business we have grown considerably and quickly and Kraft Technology are 100% responsible for keeping us connected and up-to-date through this growth. When the at-home server was about at it’s max they made suggestions for changes we could make, to make our systems more efficient and safer and easier to manage. They have transitioned us 100% to the cloud, which they did with no down time and while managing concerns and our fear of losing everything in the transition. We lost nothing and left work one night on the server and woke up on the cloud. It was impressive. They clearly explained the process as we went in language we could understand. We have added people and telephone systems and many E-commerce sites and they have been and are there every step of the way with us. Don and his support team are fantastic and efficient and get back to us very quickly. If we have an issue they deal with it and then go the extra mile to just check back and make sure that all is still well. They are a great group of guys and our business wouldn’t run without them. I can only imagine how frustrating it is to be so clever and to have IT ability like they do, having to deal with those with NO IT ability, but you would never know it.     We manage multiple apartment complexes. Before KTG, each of these complexes maintained their records with pencil and paper. To eliminate redundant data gathering and input as well as reducing data input rework, KTG implemented a thin-client solution utilizing remote desktop services and Citrix. Now, employees from all different locations can logon to the Citrix server and input data directly onto a common system located at the main office — saving us valuable time.
