We have added people and telephone systems and many E-commerce sites and they have been and are there every step of the way with us. Don and his support team are fantastic and efficient and get back to us very quickly.     We manage multiple apartment complexes. Before KTG, each of these complexes maintained their records with pencil and paper. To eliminate redundant data gathering and input as well as reducing data input rework, KTG implemented a thin-client solution utilizing remote desktop services and Citrix. Now, employees from all different locations can logon to the Citrix server and input data directly onto a common system located at the main office — saving us valuable time.
