Schatten Properties - case study
Before Kraft Technology Group (KTG) Schatten Properties manages over 20 apartment complexes. Each of these complexes maintained their records with pencil and paper. Each month, the monthly information was sent to the Schatten Properties office and entered into their property management system. To eliminate the redundant data gathering and input as well as reducing data input rework, KTG implemented a thin-client solution utilizing Windows NT Terminal Server and Citrix Metaframe. Now, employees from all different locations can logon to the Citrix server and input data directly onto a common system located at the main office -- saving Schatten Properties valuable time.
